Key Responsibilities
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Enhance sales compensation plans and collaborate with various departments to align compensation strategies with business objectives
- Resolve inquiries related to quotas, territories, and payouts, while ensuring accuracy in data analysis and validation
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Sales Strategy, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau; experience with compensation tools is a plus
- Proven track record in building financial models for incentive planning and forecasting
- Ability to engage in executive-level discussions and present complex data effectively
