Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Partner to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Enhance sales compensation plans and collaborate with various departments to align compensation strategies with business objectives
  • Resolve inquiries related to quotas, territories, and payouts, while ensuring accuracy in data analysis and validation
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Sales Strategy, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau; experience with compensation tools is a plus
  • Proven track record in building financial models for incentive planning and forecasting
  • Ability to engage in executive-level discussions and present complex data effectively
