Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand clients' business needs to drive digital transformation using Heroku solutions
- Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, focusing on customer success
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle from technology champion to C-suite (CIO, CISO, CTO)
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Experience selling complex technologies primarily to IT buyers
