Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention by addressing service disconnection requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Encourage retention through proactive outreach and upselling additional products to meet customer needs
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals while promoting customer satisfaction and contract renewals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside in the specified states within the company's West Division
- Home office setup including reliable internet service and a quiet workspace
