Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales, North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across SMB to large Enterprise segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
