A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales, North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across SMB to large Enterprise segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and complex B2B sales cycles
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
- Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
