- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or banking
- Experience in sales motivation and incentive alignment
- Ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed execution of partnership initiatives
- Demonstrated relationship-building experience with cross-functional teams
- Passion for enabling underserved consumers
