Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, and solution demonstrations to articulate business value
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape opportunities and develop proposals and presentations
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and guide technical teams in implementation efforts
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation
- Proven success in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or solution architect role for enterprise clients
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and their configuration and integration
- Experience in building and presenting complex technical solutions that lead to deal wins
- Strong skills in engaging both technical and business stakeholders
