Job Summary
A company is looking for a Luxury Account Specialist to drive repeat consignment business by engaging with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and leverage client relationships for referrals
- Provide an outstanding client experience and set pricing expectations based on luxury market knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
- Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred
- Ability to discuss and advise customers on fashion trends in the luxury market is preferred
