Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Inside Sales Representative, Non-Med Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential agents and opportunities in the assigned region
• Conduct sales presentations to showcase ancillary/non-medical offerings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key agency and carrier partners

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in employee benefits sales or sales support (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• A current and good-standing Life and Health Insurance license is required
• Knowledge of employee benefits, including ancillary benefits and market trends
