Key Responsibilities
- Manage current client relationships, focusing on cross-selling and upselling services

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in outplacement and/or leadership solutions
- Experience selling to Human Resources departments
- Proven track record in prospecting and business development
- Strong understanding of career management, coaching, and leadership development
- Comfortable working with C-level executives and managing individual revenue goals
