A company is looking for a Supervisor, Inside Sales to drive revenue growth by leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set sales goals, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team culture
- Recruit, train, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives on products, services, and sales processes
- Generate new business through prospecting and cold-calling while meeting revenue quotas and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Management experience within the Payments industry
- 3+ years of Payments Sales experience in a self-prospecting role
