Job Summary
A company is looking for a RVP, Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and manage a pipeline of large self-insured employers through health plan executives
- Build relationships with health plan account executives and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits sales
- Proven success selling to self-funded employers or health plans
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payers and brokers
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
