Key Responsibilities
- Activate and implement new logo accounts on the platform
- Identify activation and expansion opportunities within the customer base
- Create and grow relationships with champions and drive pipeline development
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
- Passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- Aptitude and curiosity to learn about technical concepts related to the product
- Ability to act with autonomy and take ownership of a customer portfolio
- Prior experience with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Outreach is preferred
