Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead, Institutions to drive adoption of optimism across global institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategy for institutional partnerships, including identifying market entry points
- Originate and close high-impact deals with institutions, driving adoption of onchain solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in fintech or crypto
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with payment platforms or financial service providers
- Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure, including wallets, stablecoins, and compliance tooling
- Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, particularly Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and independent deal-closing abilities, comfortable with C-level stakeholders
