A company is looking for a Director of Deal Strategy & Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Deal Desk function, supporting quote-to-cash for 500+ deals/month
• Architect and execute scalable workflows through AI tools and automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize deals and maintain deal playbooks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS Deal Desk or Revenue Operations
• Deep expertise in quote-to-cash processes, CPQ, and Salesforce
• Proven success in driving automation initiatives and integrating AI
• Strong analytical mindset with data translation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
