A company is looking for a Director of Sales Compensation & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee scalable, data-driven sales compensation plans and incentive programs
  • Implement and maintain internal sales policies and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of incentive programs with business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, compensation, compliance, or policy management
  • People leadership experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
