Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee scalable, data-driven sales compensation plans and incentive programs
- Implement and maintain internal sales policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of incentive programs with business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance, compensation, compliance, or policy management
- People leadership experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
