Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gong, Outreach.io, and other revenue systems
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements, build reports, and support revenue forecasting
• Design automated workflows and maintain data quality standards across the revenue tech stack

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification required)
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and conversation intelligence tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in EdTech and SaaS environments
