Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and scale their Business Development Representative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a remote team of BDRs focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Develop and scale effective outbound programs and drive adoption of AI-powered sales workflows
- Define KPIs for performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with 3+ years managing a BDR/SDR or inside sales team in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven success in driving outbound pipeline in emerging or under-branded categories
- Experience with sales metrics, pipeline forecasting, and funnel analytics
- Hands-on experience with sales tech stacks including CRMs and AI-based automation platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
