A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end process for incentive calculations, ensuring error-free execution through checks and reconciliations
  • Develop and execute audit frameworks for ongoing review of compensation and correct discrepancies proactively
  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll for accurate and timely disbursement of incentive payments
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience directly owning sales compensation
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with a sales compensation software platform
  • Experience supporting sales compensation for a team of 50 or more sellers and leaders
  • Strong understanding of sales incentive structures such as quotas and accelerators
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including complex formulas and pivot tables
