Director of Strategic Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage account relationships with National Account partners and serve as the primary contact for dedicated account matters
• Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with account heads and Sales Management to enhance market presence
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and strategize with leadership to capitalize on them

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in insurance relationship management, banking, or agency brokerage is highly desirable
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Ability to understand and articulate insurance compensation arrangements
