Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account relationships with National Account partners and serve as the primary contact for dedicated account matters
- Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with account heads and Sales Management to enhance market presence
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and strategize with leadership to capitalize on them
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in insurance relationship management, banking, or agency brokerage is highly desirable
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Ability to understand and articulate insurance compensation arrangements
