A company is looking for a Channel Manager to drive growth through strategic relationships in the employee benefits market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, brokers, and carrier distribution representatives
- Provide channel education, enablement, and field support to improve product positioning
- Drive sales growth by facilitating trusted partner introductions and managing territory-level account mapping
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Brokerage Firm or Consulting house in Employee Benefits
- Experience working with brokers, consultants, and life insurance carrier representatives
- Strong understanding of channel influence and the indirect sales cycle
- Proficiency with Salesforce and benefit enrollment platforms
- Active Life and Health license in at least one state
