Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Manager to drive growth through strategic relationships in the employee benefits market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, brokers, and carrier distribution representatives
  • Provide channel education, enablement, and field support to improve product positioning
  • Drive sales growth by facilitating trusted partner introductions and managing territory-level account mapping
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Brokerage Firm or Consulting house in Employee Benefits
  • Experience working with brokers, consultants, and life insurance carrier representatives
  • Strong understanding of channel influence and the indirect sales cycle
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and benefit enrollment platforms
  • Active Life and Health license in at least one state
