Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Director to drive sales training and enablement initiatives for Sales and Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enablement and change-management programs for Sales and Account Management teams
- Develop training and certification programs for new initiatives and product launches
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or similar training function at a large organization, or 5+ years in management consulting
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role
- Knowledge of B2B Sales is required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
