Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Director to drive sales training and enablement initiatives for Sales and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enablement and change-management programs for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Develop training and certification programs for new initiatives and product launches
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or similar training function at a large organization, or 5+ years in management consulting
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales is required
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
