A company is looking for a Sales Team Lead for the DACH Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to meet and exceed targets
- Drive new business acquisition and support outbound sales activities within the DACH mid-market segment
- Partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize pipeline generation and conversion
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales leadership within the DACH mid-market segment
- Strong expertise in outbound sales processes, including prospecting and pipeline management
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English communication skills
- Experience leading teams in a remote-first or distributed environment
- Deep understanding of the DACH business landscape and buying behaviors
