Key Responsibilities
- Administer sales compensation plans for the global advertising sales organization
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management to calculate quarterly payouts and audit for accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and HR to improve processes related to sales compensation
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably in technology or media
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus) or comparable sales commission software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce
