- Book sales calls directly into the closers' calendar
- Manage pipeline in the CRM, including follow-ups and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a phone-based appointment setter or SDR
- Proven success in booking qualified calls for coaching or consulting programs
- Strong CRM hygiene and organization skills
- Reliable availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
- Self-managed and accountable to results
