Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Regional Sales (West) to lead a team of SMB Account Executives and achieve regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional performance metrics, including revenue growth and team productivity
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to the sales team while fostering a culture of trust and professionalism
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet defined goals and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS
- 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of the commercial construction market is a plus
