Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales inquiries and incoming customer service calls using advanced contact center technology
• Interact with customers to sell products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Utilize systems for account management and recognize sales opportunities to enhance customer technology needs

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or call center/customer service roles
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Proven sales results and strong selling skills
• Organized self-starter with a demonstrated work ethic
