Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a data-driven revenue operations strategy across the go-to-market organization
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue-generating initiatives
- Design and refine pipeline models to manage opportunities effectively and provide insights to sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Experience building scalable revenue systems, including sales pipeline optimization and forecasting
- Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with sales and marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Strong leadership background that promotes inclusivity and drives performance improvements
- Expertise in data analysis with the ability to translate numbers into actionable revenue strategies
