Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, manage, and coach the sales team to improve sales productivity
- Achieve monthly revenue and close rate goals while collaborating with leadership
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales team members as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in enterprise B2B and/or B2B2C software
- At least 2 years of experience managing sales team members
- Experience in a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment preferred
- Understanding of value-based selling with examples of success
- Self-starter approach with ownership of projects from day one
