Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by maximizing customer engagement and managing a book of business
• Source and prioritize new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
• Meet monthly performance metrics and adapt communication to address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Comfortable spending 50% or more of the day on the phone with customers
• Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
• Participation in a 4-week paid training program
• Ability to work in a team-oriented sales-center environment
