Senior Associate, M&A - German Speaker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Development - Merger & Acquisitions (German speaker).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify acquisition targets while nurturing leads through various communication channels
• Respond to inbound leads by articulating acquisition criteria and value propositions to software business owners
• Maintain CRM hygiene and participate in valuation discussions, ensuring alignment on financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher
• 2-4 years of experience in software acquisition, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
• Proven ability to manage a lead pipeline and exceed prospecting targets
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Native fluency in German; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
