A company is looking for a Sales Director - Midwest to lead a team of outside sales specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6 to 10 outside sales specialists to exceed sales goals
- Ensure sales activities and metrics are logged in Salesforce and report on business performance
- Provide coaching and support for team development while fostering a positive team environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of successful SMB B2B sales and leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in cold calling, social selling, and high-volume full cycle sales
- Experience in SaaS or other software sales preferred but not required
