Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and gross margin targets through effective commercial plans and global growth initiatives
- Develop and lead a high-performing salesforce by training and managing regional sales teams
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage strategies based on market research and competitive analysis
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of B2B experience in value-added specialty materials and equipment
- Significant experience managing international sales teams, preferably in Asia and Europe
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software, particularly Salesforce
- Excellent familiarity with legal, global regulatory, and compliance issues impacting business operations
