Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic deals and expand the company's presence within innovative enterprise organizations
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with marketing, insights, and product teams
- Help compensation leaders unlock real-time market intelligence through effective relationship management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise companies
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and comfort working in ambiguity
