Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase market awareness, sales, and profitability by generating new Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with account directors to enhance new account penetration and schedule meetings
- Maintain Salesforce database and provide updates to the business development team on client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
- Experience in inside sales or related client communication roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship database management
- 1-2 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred
- Demonstrated persistence and good time management skills
