Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates based on market conditions
- Acquire new customers and carriers while building and maximizing a book of business
- Provide operational support and access to logistics assets to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full range support in business development
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems (e.g., McLeod)
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Strong ethical standards and a high moral compass
