Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive for Ancillary Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents while promoting the company's unique experience
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales and product offerings
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in ancillary insurance or employee benefits sales
  • Active Life & Health License is required
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from a marketing or selling role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
