A company is looking for a Sales Executive for Ancillary Benefits (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents while promoting the company's unique experience
- Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales and product offerings
- Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in ancillary insurance or employee benefits sales
- Active Life & Health License is required
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from a marketing or selling role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
