Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals through strategic planning and data analysis
• Oversee team pipeline and forecast management to ensure successful target achievement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance sales performance and initiate new sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales teams in a B2B SaaS Outbound Sales environment
• Proven track record of building and driving successful sales plans while meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong
• Ability to work from the Downtown Chicago office Tuesdays-Thursdays
