Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Review Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively calls existing customers with disability policies to renew coverage and make recommendations
• Maximizes sales opportunities by upgrading policies and cross-selling additional products
• Meets individual sales and quality targets while participating in business retention activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ year of sales/customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Basic PC skills required, including Excel, Word, and Adobe software
• Prior phone and email communication experience
• NYS Life and Health insurance license is required
