Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales revenue through expansion within existing customer accounts
- Build and manage a full cycle sales funnel from prospecting to contract closure
- Educate clients on industry best practices and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a full cycle sales environment, preferably in Insurtech or Insurance
- Proven history of prospecting and pipeline growth with successful contract conversions
- Experience in long sales cycles (6-12 months)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and managing sensitive client information
- Strong understanding of the startup environment
