Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to help retain and grow its client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Rebook and retain business in assigned accounts through exceptional customer service
- Leverage existing relationships to upsell additional products and services
- Maintain product, service, and pricing knowledge while providing quality information to accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
- 1 - 3 years of sales and/or customer account service/support experience
- Proven selling skills related to growing existing accounts and acquiring new business
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system
- Telephone sales experience with daily goals is strongly preferred
