A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager who will be the strategic and operational backbone of their go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute revenue strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
- Map and optimize the end-to-end revenue process while driving adoption of process changes
- Own the go-to-market tech stack and build dashboards for actionable KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
- Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
