Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of Sales systems and act as the main liaison for system administration
- Identify and resolve complex system or process errors while ensuring data quality
- Provide education and assistance to improve user understanding and productivity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
- 2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience
- High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
- Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems
