Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Technology Specialist to perform system administration and act as the main contact for system-related issues and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity of Sales systems and act as the main liaison for system administration
  • Identify and resolve complex system or process errors while ensuring data quality
  • Provide education and assistance to improve user understanding and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
  • 2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience
  • High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
  • Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems
