Salesforce Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for Sales, Finance, and Support teams in Salesforce, focusing on quoting, pricing, and subscription workflows
• Triage and manage incoming support tickets and project-based enhancement requests in the Salesforce environment
• Design, implement, test, and document scalable solutions using Salesforce tools and monitor the health of the Salesforce org

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with significant experience as a Salesforce technical administrator
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience working with Flows, Apex (basic), and Validation Rules
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce Administrator certification
