Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Sales Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Sales, Finance, and Support teams in Salesforce, focusing on quoting, pricing, and subscription workflows
- Triage and manage incoming support tickets and project-based enhancement requests in the Salesforce environment
- Design, implement, test, and document scalable solutions using Salesforce tools and monitor the health of the Salesforce org
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with significant experience as a Salesforce technical administrator
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience working with Flows, Apex (basic), and Validation Rules
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator certification
