Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFP benefits proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency across submissions
• Enter information into proposal questionnaires and validate that responses align with requirements
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather and verify necessary details

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a proposal analyst, RFP specialist, or similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Excellent critical thinking skills to confirm information matches requirements
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners
• Data entry backgrounds will be considered if direct RFP/proposal experience is unavailable
