• Engage in proactive prospecting to identify potential employee benefits clients
• Prepare tailored quotes and proposals while effectively communicating the value of employee benefits offerings
• Collaborate with account executives to review clients' insurance coverages and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of client service or sales experience
• Associate degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• CA Life & Health License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends
