Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive prospecting to identify potential employee benefits clients
- Prepare tailored quotes and proposals while effectively communicating the value of employee benefits offerings
- Collaborate with account executives to review clients' insurance coverages and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of client service or sales experience
- Associate degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- CA Life & Health License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends
