Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives selling the company's solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams including pre-sales and marketing
- Coach and mentor the field sales team to effectively position the company's cloud solutions
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with 10+ years as a field sales representative
- Experience in selling cloud, SaaS, or ERP solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with a successful track record of revenue attainment
- Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Ability to maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
