Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Higher Education customer base in a large enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives selling the company's solutions
  • Manage complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams including pre-sales and marketing
  • Coach and mentor the field sales team to effectively position the company's cloud solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with 10+ years as a field sales representative
  • Experience in selling cloud, SaaS, or ERP solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with a successful track record of revenue attainment
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
  • Ability to maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
