A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for the Sales Engineering Division to ensure effective scheduling
- Brief Sales Engineers on objectives and details of upcoming meetings and events
- Act as a primary contact for customers, connecting them with their assigned Sales Engineer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related administrative or coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of project management and coordination tools is a plus
