Key Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize target partner categories and initiate conversations with decision-makers
- Structure mutually beneficial agreements and lead contract negotiations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners and track referral activity
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel sales roles
- Experience in HR services, professional services, or B2B consultative sales preferred
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Authorization to work for any US employer
