Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM and Operations leadership to identify workflow improvements
• Own reporting and analytics to support the Sales team, providing actionable insights
• Develop and optimize sales operations processes and maintain data integrity within SFDC

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations
• Advanced skills with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Excel/Google Suite
• Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and SaaS performance metrics
• Experience with SFDC CPQ is a plus
• A learn-it-all mentality with a focus on continuous knowledge expansion
