Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand market penetration in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies and annual plans to achieve revenue objectives
• Collaborate with account managers to assess business requirements and market needs
• Identify new market segments and opportunities, evaluating returns on investment for development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Experience in business development within the Pulp & Paper and Water industry
• Proven track record in driving new product introductions and customer acquisition strategies
• Ability to develop market intelligence and provide feedback to marketing and technology teams
• Experience in managing a defined territory or industry with aggressive revenue growth targets
